Crockpot Shredded Beef Sandwiches - Cooking RecipesIngredients

  • 1 (3 pounds) boneless beef roast
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 hamburger buns, split

Methods/Steps
  1. Cut roast in half; place in a crockpot. Combine next 5 ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours or until the time the meat is very soft enough.
  2. Discard bay leaves. Remove meat and shred with a fork. Serve on buns. Serves 12.
